If your gear doesn't fit or isn't quite right for the goblin lifestyle, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate the Quest

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Vessel

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your tribute.

• 3.
  Banish the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Loot

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
